Ginger Chinn
Ginger Chinn is a connector, problem-solver, and advocate for businesses and communities. She’s currently doing Government Relations at Northrop Grumman, where she helps bridge the gap between the aerospace and defense industry and state and local governments. She’s passionate about creating opportunities that support businesses, economic growth, and workforce development.
Before joining Northrop Grumman, Ginger was the Vice President of Public Policy and Government Affairs at the Salt Lake Chamber, where she worked on big-picture policies to help Utah’s economy thrive. She also spent time at the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), leading efforts to support both urban and rural businesses.
With a Master's Degree from Colorado State University in organizational leadership, Ginger has always been drawn to the intersection of business and policy. She is all about bringing people together to find solutions, whether it’s advocating for businesses, strengthening Utah’s workforce, or making sure good policies get the attention they deserve.
