Why We Go
The purpose of the 47G delegation visit to Washington, D.C. is to strengthen the resilience and capabilities of the U.S. industrial base by integrating Utah’s robust aerospace and defense ecosystem into national strategic efforts. By driving alignment with key national stakeholders, including the Department of War, the Defense Innovation Unit, and industry leaders, the delegation aims to fortify domestic supply chains and enhance national security.
This visit is designed to create direct pathways for partnership that accelerate the adoption of dual-use technologies, ensuring the American industrial base is equipped to understand and execute on federal priorities in critical, next-generation fields such as AI, quantum, energy, and advanced manufacturing.
