| How Do You Know You Have a Capital Intelligence Problem?
Many common business problems, like slow supplier deliveries, stalled quotes, and cash forecasts that only reach a few weeks out, trace back to a single root cause: a lack of visibility into where capital sits, where it is headed, and how to act before it becomes a constraint. This Klear piece breaks down how that gap shows up for suppliers, buyers, finance teams, and internal staff, and why smaller suppliers feel it most. It argues for fixing the visibility problem itself rather than managing each symptom separately. Read More Here. |

| The Race to Resilience: Balancing the Energy Security Equation
The "race to resilience" in energy is shifting competitive advantage from who produces the most to who can keep supply flowing under stress, driven by conflict, attacks on infrastructure, and extreme weather. This JPMorganChase Center for Geopolitics report, "The Race to Resilience: Balancing the Energy Security Equation," argues that countries with strategic reserves, diversified suppliers, and flexible power systems weathered the 2026 Iran war's disruptions far better than those without them. It closes with a "SEE Framework" (Supply Your Own, Electrify, and Enhance Efficiency) that points to what energy-dependent industries should be building now for the 2030s. Read More Here. |

CSC Leasing: As hard tech companies move from prototype to production, the capital questions get harder too. How much should come from equity, and how much from financing built for the assets themselves? In this piece, we look at how founders and their investors are using equipment financing as part of a broader capital strategy, not just a one-off purchase decision, to hit production milestones while protecting the cap table.

The Talbot West Doctrine: Capable Parts Do Not Guarantee a Capable Whole
Talbot West: A Theory of Enterprise Coherence explains why sophisticated companies still make expensive mistakes, underperform their own capabilities, and leave value on the table. It argues that AI by itself does not solve that problem. Company intelligence emerges from the way people, systems, workflows, incentives, information, technology, authority, and memory operate together. Enterprise cognition is a systems property, and systems can be improved. Read More Here. |
