As the Owner and CEO of Mountain CNC, he has transitioned the organization into a specialized hub for high-complexity machining, specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of Utah’s aerospace, defense, and burgeoning tech sectors.
Under Adam’s leadership, Mountain CNC has moved beyond traditional fabrication to embrace the future of CNC machining. He believes the industry’s path forward lies at the intersection of human expertise and advanced automation. By integrating cutting-edge technologies and maintaining AS9100:2016 Certification and ITAR Registration, Adam ensures that Mountain CNC is not just a service provider, but a strategic partner capable of solving the "impossible" engineering challenges of tomorrow.
A Legacy of Strategic Growth
Before his tenure at Mountain CNC, Adam served as the Co-Owner and Chief Operations & Acquisitions Officer at AutoSource Motors. During his time there, he mastered the art of scaling complex operations, helping transform a local Utah startup into a multi-state powerhouse with a presence in six states. This background in large-scale logistics and process optimization now serves as the backbone of Mountain CNC’s operational excellence.

Academic: Adam graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University Idaho with a perfect 4.0 GPA in Business Management & Entrepreneurship.
Philosophy: He is committed to domestic manufacturing resilience, ensuring that Mountain CNC provides the agility and precision necessary for clients to lead in an increasingly competitive global market.
Adam resides in Kaysville, Utah, with his wife, Haley, and their five children. Whether in the shop or the community, he is driven by a commitment to building things that last—both in metal and in legacy.
