Bo Jonas is the founder and Principal Attorney at DEFCON Law, a government contracts law firm in Utah. DEFCON Law is proud to serve the Utah contracting community and to help contractors and manufacturers succeed in supporting our warfighters and expanding the industrial base. DEFCON Law's practice areas include the whole lifecycle of government contracts (from capture to closeout, including protests, claims and requests for equitable adjustment, prime and subcontractor transactions, and more) as well as data privacy and general business counsel (including formations, M&A, and transactions). DEFCON Law also has a business consulting arm that provides security, supply chain, and operations consulting for businesses, with its consultants having over 50 years in government contracting. Bo has served as a government contracts attorney for over 12 years, serving both as general counsel and outside counsel to service providers, manufacturers, and tech companies. Bo has a law degree from BYU, a masters in business administration from the University of Texas, Permian Basin, and a Bachelor's degree from UCLA. Bo is licensed to practice in Utah and Virginia, and is proud to support the Utah Aerospace and Defense Association and its members.
