Brooke Johnson

Brooke helps both private and public clients achieve their business goals through corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and other matters. Brooke is a partner in the Corporate Group in Dorsey’s Salt Lake City office. Brooke’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, but she counsels clients of all sizes undertaking a wide variety of complex corporate and transactional matters, including formations, financings, reorganizations and joint ventures.
