James Whitaker
Dr. James B. Whitaker is an economist and former U.S. Foreign Service Officer with experience across Iraq, Central Asia, Indonesia, and Afghanistan. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Utah State University and previously served as an economist with the USDA’s Economic Research Service, publishing in leading journals including the American Journal of Agricultural Economics. He has taught economics courses at Georgetown, George Mason, and Utah State Universities. He currently teaches undergraduate courses for USU's Huntsman School of Business and is the founder of Whitaker Syndicates, a multi-sector intellectual property studio.
