Jessica Yurgaitis
Jessica Yurgaitis is the CEO of Industrial Supply Company, a 110-year-old family-owned business in the Intermountain West, founded by her great-grandfather in 1916. As the first woman to lead the company, Jessica brings a forward-thinking perspective while honoring its long-standing legacy of reliability, integrity, and service.
Under her leadership, Industrial Supply Company continues to focus on sustainable growth, employee development, customer satisfaction, and operational innovation. Jessica is passionate about preserving the company’s family values while positioning it for continued success in a changing industrial distribution market.
Jessica is married and the proud mother of four grown children. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking, skiing in Park City, Utah, and traveling. She also serves on the Affiliated Distributors Industrial, Safety and Construction Divisional board and the Industrial Supply Association board of directors, giving back to the industry she is proud to be part of.
