Jonathan Baba
Jonathan Baba serves as the leader of Guidehouse’s Department of the Air Force Account, bringing more than 30 years of experience supporting federal and defense missions. He provides strategic guidance across complex organizational and operational challenges, with a focus on modernization, organizational change, and long‑range planning.
He has supported engagements across the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Armed Services, and several emerging technology and cyber missions, helping organizations advance mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
