Randi Burton
Randi Burton is Director of Growth and Strategy for Lynk Engineers, a national 245-person MEPT (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology) engineering consulting firm. With over 15 years of experience in business development, Randi builds the communities and industries that Lynk serves by connecting people, strategy, and opportunity. In her current role, she leads Lynk's growth and strategic initiatives in the power, data center/mission critical, transportation, advanced manufacturing, and technology market sectors.
Randi brings a collaborative, insight-driven approach to leadership. She believes meaningful growth happens when people feel seen, ideas gain traction, and organizations have the courage to think bigger; a philosophy that shapes how she builds partnerships and progress. Prior to joining Lynk Engineers, Randi was Director of Business Development for Cache Valley Electric, one of the nation’s largest electrical contractors.
