Shawn Milne

Shawn Milne is the economic development director for Cache County and the chair of the Deseret UAS board. In these roles, he has served as a champion for policy and funding for Advanced Air Mobility initiatives in Utah. Milne is a former Tooele County Commissioner and chair of the Utah Association of County Councils and Commissioners.

Prior to his public service, Milne was the President and CEO of Ivy Image League & Sound, Inc. He possesses extensive experience as a small business owner, having overseen and directed staff, managed budgets, and led innovation initiatives for clients in the high-technology industry for over 21 years.
