Skip is the director of impact for The Honor Foundation. THF is an elite transition program for the men and women of US Special Operations. THF effectively translates their elite military service to the private sector and helps create the next generation of corporate and community leaders. Every step in our three month cohorts is dedicated to preparing these outstanding individuals to continue to realize their maximum potential and to provide them (and their families) with the skill sets and tactics required for a successful move to the civilian ranks. Additionally, THF has developed a 30 day, self paced program available to the entirety of the US Military enterprise, THF's Vector Accelerator.

Prior to THF, Skip founded BRANDThink, a NYC and Boston based strategic consulting organization leveraging brand as a means of increasing value and delivering monumental change for organizations all over the country.
