Aerospace Aluminum Processing (ASAP), headquartered in Salt Lake City, is a leading provider of aerospace metal processing services, delivering precision, reliability, and quality to customers operating in the most demanding industries. From our 25,000-square-foot facility, we provide comprehensive capabilities including heat treatment, chemical processing, painting, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and detailed inspection of aluminum components. Our quality management systems are structured to meet and exceed the industry’s most rigorous aerospace standards, supported by NADCAP and AS9100 certifications. In recognition of our performance, service, and consistent product quality, ASAP has been honored nine times by Boeing with the Performance Excellence Award.
To meet increasing market demand and support long-term growth, ASAP has made substantial investments in both infrastructure and workforce development. In 2025, our employee base expanded from 42 to 63 skilled professionals, significantly enhancing our technical expertise, operational capacity, and customer responsiveness. Continued workforce growth is planned as we support new and expanding aerospace programs.
Further reinforcing our growth trajectory, ASAP has secured an additional 10,000 square feet of adjacent facility space to expand production capabilities and improve operational flow. This expansion will accommodate new processing lines, advanced technologies, and increased throughput to support both current and future contracts, including our ongoing statement of work for the Boeing 737 Console program.
