Adam Buehler
Adam Buehler is a Senior Program Manager at Davidson Technologies, where he leads the company’s MOSAIC (Microelectronics Operations, Sustainment, Acquisition, and Infrastructure Capabilities–Modernization) effort at Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane in support of Department of War OUSW A/S priorities. He also leads Davidson’s business development and capture activities across the NSWC Crane, Hill Air Force Base, and Dayton/AFRL markets, building strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Before joining Davidson, Adam led Amentum’s operations at NSWC Crane, with responsibility for strategic growth, program execution, employee engagement, and facility management. His broader industry experience includes procurement, supply chain, operations, and program management roles with Rolls-Royce Aerospace, Cook Pharmica, and Catalent Biologics. During his tenure at Rolls-Royce, he held both supplier- and customer-facing positions, including serving as a Control Account Manager for the F-35 LiftSystem program.
Adam has more than two decades of military service. He enlisted in the Indiana Army National Guard in 2003 and earned his commission as an Engineer Officer through Indiana University ROTC. While serving on active duty at Fort Carson, Colorado, he held infantry and engineer leadership positions and deployed to Iraq in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. He later served in command and staff assignments with the Indiana Army National Guard before transitioning to the Indiana Air National Guard. He currently serves as Director of Military Equal Opportunity and holds the rank of Major.
Adam earned bachelor’s degrees in history and political science from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
