James Harrison
James Harrison is Vice President of Growth at Badger, an AI-powered operational intelligence company. He leads Badger’s growth strategy, partnerships, customer engagement, and expansion in the United States and international markets.
Before joining Badger, James led Asia-Pacific growth for Strider Technologies, where he established operations in Japan and Australia, built a 15-person cross-functional team, and grew the region from launch to approximately 25% of the company’s global revenue within two years. His earlier career included service as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer in Japan, China, Pakistan, and Washington, D.C., and as a U.S. Army Reserve officer.
James also serves as a member of the Lehi City Council. He holds a master’s degree in Global Affairs and International Security Studies from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree in Chinese from Brigham Young University. He speaks Mandarin Chinese professionally.
