Alexander Hausman
Alex “Bruw” Hausman is a Senior Consultant with Treble One and a retired 20-year Air Force Colonel specializing in cradle-to-grave lifecycle management, with a proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams through research, test, evaluation, fielding, and sustainment of highly sensitive and classified national defense capabilities.
At Treble One, his unique blend of technical expertise, programmatic leadership, and hands-on operational experience allows him to develop creative solutions to align client technologies with strategic DoW requirements.
Prior to joining our team, Alex’s Active Duty career culminated as Materiel Leader for the United States Air Force F-16 Modernization Branch, where he led a 230-person team managing a $13B total-lifecycle portfolio, steering acquisition strategies and contract awards across multiple ACAT-level programs to deliver combat capability to 935 fighter aircraft. Additionally, as an elite flight test professional and a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School, Alex has logged over 600 total flight hours (including 340 military flight test hours) across 33 unique aircraft. His diverse career spans critical defense acquisition organizations and Joint operational experience including assignments with Big Safari, F-35 Developmental Flight Test, USSOCOM including deployed ISR combat missions, and hypersonic ground test.
Alex holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, a M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering, a M.S. in Flight Test Engineering, and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science. Additionally, he is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) and holds advanced DAWIA certifications in Program Management and Test & Evaluation.
