Dr. Kris Griffith serves as the President of American Pacific Corporation (AMPAC), a leading supplier of specialty chemicals used in aerospace and defense applications. With over two decades of experience at American Pacific, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and innovation.
Kris holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Dixie L. Leavitt School of Business at Southern Utah University. Since joining American Pacific in 2001, he has held a variety of leadership roles, including Senior Scientist, Director of Analytical Laboratories & Product Development, and Vice President of Contracts. His diverse background in research, product development, and business operations has positioned him as a strategic leader in the industry.
As President, Kris is deeply engaged with customers and stakeholders, driving the company forward during a period of significant expansion. His leadership is focused on advancing technological capabilities, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring American Pacific continues to meet the evolving needs of the aerospace and defense sectors.
