Scott A. Colagrossi II, MBA, PMP

Scott A. Colagrossi II serves as Business Development & Marketing Manager at Zero Manufacturing, where he leads go-to-market strategy for custom protective case solutions supporting defense, aerospace, and other mission-critical industries. In this role, he partners with OEMs, integrators, and end users to align rugged enclosure designs with demanding operational and environmental requirements.

Scott is a retired U.S. Marine with more than 20 years of leadership, aviation maintenance, and program management experience on advanced aircraft platforms, including the F/A-18 and F-35. He has led international business development efforts across Europe and the Middle East, managed cross-functional capture teams, and advised senior leaders on growth strategy in the defense technology sector.

Scott holds an MBA and is a certified PMP, bringing a practical blend of operational insight, project management rigor, and customer-focused business development to the 47G Industry Advisory Board.
