Adam Kjar

As the Owner and CEO of Custom Tooling & Fabrication LLC (CT&F), Adam has steered the company towards a historic revenue peak in 2023. Under his dynamic leadership, CT&F not only achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification and ITAR Registration but also created avenues for future multimillion-dollar opportunities. His strategic expansion of the company includes incorporating cutting-edge technologies, hiring skilled machinists, and acquiring advanced machinery. These initiatives have catapulted CT&F into a dominant position in the CNC Machining industry, significantly increasing its market share.

Before his tenure at CT&F, Adam made significant contributions as the Co-Owner and Chief Operations & Acquisitions Officer at AutoSource Motors. His expertise in sourcing, process optimization, and strategic planning was pivotal in AutoSource's expansion. Adam played a key role in growing the company from a single Utah store with $3M in annual revenue to a powerhouse with ten stores across six states, generating over $400M annually. This impressive growth attracted the attention of twelve private equity groups in 2018, leading to a strategic partnership that valued AutoSource at nearly $100M.

Adam's academic background is equally impressive. He graduated summa cum laude with an Associates of Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University Idaho, boasting a perfect 4.0 Cumulative GPA. On the personal front, Adam is joyfully married to Haley, his best friend. They are proud parents to five wonderful children and reside in the serene community of Kaysville, UT.
