Recognized by my peers and colleagues as a principle-based leader with deep and diverse operations, product and business development experiences in a broad range of technologies that disrupt the status quo, drive business efficiency and accelerate change.
On the revenue side, I am a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up my sleeves with the team. Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and market share through competitive analysis, channel development and partnership strategies leading to successful product or services launches and the resulting revenue growth. On the operations side, I enjoy bringing together People, Process and Technology to create trans-formative business solutions. Business is simple, BUT, there is a playbook for each phase of corporate growth.

I have had the good fortune to study, analyze, coach, mentor, train, lead and consult with hundreds of entrepreneurs and their enterprises. My team(s) and I captured our Best Practices in VBGS Instituteā„¢ The founding principle of the Institute is that People and Teams are the most important "Assets" in a culture enabled organization. The Institute is comprised of 20+ educational modules that enable Entrepreneurs and Corporate Intrapreneurs to grow and scale their Idea into a Team / Business Unit while avoiding the top 3 reasons for business failure. I am always looking to learn from others, SO, please ping me and lets discuss Entrepreneurship and its impact on the growing and transforming Knowledge Economy.
