Romney Williams is an entrepreneurial leader who has been recruited as CEO four times by start-up founders to lead their companies. Prior to joining DRYOUT full-time as CEO in 2021, he was CEO at Enso Rings beginning in 2017 (ranked #316 on the Inc. 5000 in 2020), where he led company strategy and execution of their mission to disrupt the traditional jewelry industry while being a force for good. Previously, he led or served in senior leadership positions in several entrepreneurial tech ventures that disrupted large global industries — including consumer electronics, fintech, insurance tech, and print tech — through partnerships with numerous leading brands such as DaimlerChrysler, Fujifilm, Philips, TripAdvisor, Logitech, and Farmers Insurance. Recognition for those companies — two of which had successful exits — include Best in Show at CES, Red Herring North America 100, #2 Best Company to Work For in Colorado, and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 #1 Rising Star. In 2020, Romney was named Finalist, EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Utah region. He received a B.A. degree in Political Science (Cum Laude) from the University of Utah in 1996. When not working, Romney can be found spending time with his wife and their 4 kids, mentoring youth or aspiring entrepreneurs, eating, or daydreaming about Fenway Park.
