Douglas Cherry

Doug Cherry is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Monterey Technologies, Inc. (MTI). He joined MTI in 2020 after a distinguished 37-year career in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Brigadier General. During his military service, Doug held senior operational and force management roles, including assignments at the Pentagon overseeing requirements and development for major systems such as the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) and Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle. He later served as Director of Force Management for the U.S. Army Reserve and commanded the 76th Division (Operational Response). Doug brings extensive experience in organizational leadership, technology development, and mission-critical systems.
