Derick Wolf

Director of Program Development Textron Systems

Derick Wolf currently serves as Textron Systems’ Director of Program Development for the company’s Weapon Systems business line in Wilmington, Massachusetts. In this role, he is responsible for business development to provide advanced capabilities for our nation’s warfighters by identifying, developing and shaping new business opportunities for the Department of Defense strategic deterrence weapons systems that provide comprehensive, mission-focused solutions.

Prior to his current role, Derick served in various roles as Vice President and Director of Strategic Programs at Innovative Scientific Solutions Inc., most recently leading a team in the business development and capture of multiple technology gap contracts for strategic capabilities.

Derick served 20 years as a US Air Force officer, program manager and developmental engineer, including experience in the Department of Defense (DOD) Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system, Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP), various other acquisition, and within the intelligence community. He was a Materiel Leader for Sentinel Reentry Systems Reentry Vehicles and the Mk21A Reentry Vehicle Program at the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Hill AFB, UT.
