Jennifer Silvester serves as the CEO and Senior Partner at Silvester & Company, a boutique executive search firm based in Utah specializing in placing leaders in the aerospace & defense industry, among other highly regulated, advanced manufacturing sectors. Renowned as both an entrepreneur and a trusted advisor, Jennifer has the experience, talent, and network to expertly guide clients through the position assessment, recruitment, and placement process. Clients range from large publicly traded companies, private equity, venture capital backed, and even small family-owned companies.

Jennifer's professional journey began in financial services leadership with GE Capital and JPMorgan Chase before joining founder of S&C, Margo Silvester in the world of executive search. Recognizing the importance of assembling the right team for sustained success, Jennifer joined S&C in 2007. Jennifer is deeply inspired by industry leaders and is dedicated to making a positive, enduring impact on their sectors, teams, and communities.
