Joel Pelagio-Williams has been a resident of Northern Utah since moving to the state in the summer of 1991 from his native home in Anchorage, Alaska. He attended Weber State University on a football scholarship and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. Although his career in education was short-lived, he maintained a strong desire to be an educator at heart. His passions and hobbies include spending time with family/friends, outdoor activities, and making lasting connections with others.
