Nathan (Nate) Millecam, CEO and Co-Founder of Electric Power Systems, is an accomplished professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the aerospace and aviation industries. In addition to his extensive business knowledge and leadership skills, Nate holds a private pilot's license and takes pleasure in flying whenever the opportunity arises.

As the visionary leader at Electric Power Systems, Nate oversees and manages corporate strategic, developmental, and innovation efforts. His career journey began as a technology consultant for e commerce businesses, and after earning his M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, he was admitted into Honeywell Aerospace's prestigious Leadership Development Program.

Nate's interest in electric propulsion grew during his tenure as the program manager for Honeywell's 787 Flight Control Electronics Power System, where he dealt with lithium-ion battery systems. His roles expanded to include product manager for Honeywell's electric power systems portfolio, and he later served as the director of strategy and business development at International Rectifier.

Throughout his career, Nate played pivotal roles in merger and acquisition efforts, post-acquisition integration, and the management of high-reliability business units. In 2016, he, along with Randy, successfully spun out energy storage assets from Infineon, leading to the establishment of Electric Power Systems as a premier electric propulsion provider across various end markets.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Utah Valley University and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University with an emphasis in operations and finance. In his ongoing pursuit of personal and professional growth, Nate is currently furthering his pilot training. This commitment reflects his dedication to mastering new skills and embracing challenges, both in the business world and the skies above. Nate's passion for flying continues to evolve, symbolizing his unwavering enthusiasm for exploration and continuous learning. Outside of his professional pursuits, Nate resides in Logan, Utah, with his wife and four children. He finds joy in staying active through exercise, appreciates the outdoors, and values quality time spent with his family.
