Robb Lifferth is the Co-Founder of IsoTalent, a software company that has created a platform to help hyper-growth companies fill their open roles by connecting their clients with top-tier recruiters in the market, often referred to as the “Uber of Recruiting”. Robb is also Co-Founder of TechBuzz News, a Utah-based news agency collecting and distributing news stories to individuals and other news organizations about the Utah technology sector and general Utah economy. Over the last 20 years, he has worked as an Human Resources Executive with notable experience governing HR operations for international and domestic corporations, specializing in hyper-growth start-ups.
Robb graduated from Utah State University - Jon M Huntsman School of Business with a BS, Management in Human Resources and second degree in Business Information Systems.
Native to Utah, Robb and his wife, Carlie, live in Farmington, Utah with their 4 amazing children and a mediocre dog. In his free time, he enjoys spending his time fly fishing, skiing, or on the sidelines at one of his kids' events.
