Born and raised in Connecticut, Nicole graduated from Roanoke College, in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. After completing her education, her career journey led her to Colorado, where she spent four years working closely with aerospace companies in Colorado Springs. In her role as an Account Manager for a staffing company, she spearheaded the recruitment of IT candidates, fostering her deep admiration for the aerospace industry.
Nicole's enthusiasm for the field prompted her to relocate to Utah, where helped support business expansion at Hill Air Force Base within the staffing firm. With six years of experience in the aerospace and defense sector, Nicole is committed to bridging connections within the industry, nurturing business relationships, facilitating mentorships, and cultivating talent.
